- Cut the bun in half lengthwise.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon, we don’t need the lemon itself.
- Finely chop the basil leaves.
- Three cheese on a grater.
- We cut chicken and tomato into thin slices.
- Mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, lemon juice and basil.
- Spread the resulting bun on the inside of the sauce.
- Spread tomatoes and chicken inside, sprinkle with cheese, cover top of the bun.
- Fry in a frying pan without oil on both sides tightly, pressing to in the pan.
