This is a traditional variation of delicious paella for Spain – harmonious combination of chicken with shrimp. There are ready sets of spices for paella, it is possible when cooking at home take advantage of them. Shrimp need raw, peeled.

- My chicken thighs and dry. We remove the skin. Put in saucepan, pour 2 cups of hot vegetable broth. Cook 15 minutes over medium heat under a lid. Then we get the chicken with skimmers.
- Clean the seeds of red bell pepper and cut stripes.
- In a wide, deep frying pan, heat the olive oil. We put strips of sweet pepper and fry for a couple of minutes. Falling asleep shrimp. Salt and pepper. Stew for 2-3 minutes, constantly stirring. Remove the peppers and shrimp from the pan onto a large plate.
- Tomatoes take canned slices. We put in a pan pulp of tomatoes and rice groats. Pour the remaining after cooking chicken liquid. Salt and pepper. Pour 2 more glasses of vegetable broth and put the chicken meat. Stew on low heat 20 minutes.
- We put green beans, spices for paella (cayenne pepper, paprika and saffron), previously fried seafood and Bulgarian pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and simmer another 10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
