  1. Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly. Next you can cook chicken in two ways: boil until cooked or fry chopped julienne chicken in vegetable oil. For carefully watching the first option is more suitable.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, wash the vegetables and greens.
  3. We cut the vegetables medium-sized with any pieces to your taste.
  4. Finely chop the greens with a sharp knife.
  5. Mix vegetables, herbs and cooled chicken.
  6. Add spices to taste and season the salad with olive oil. Mix thoroughly and can be served.
