- 2 tbsp. l premium wheat flour
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2.5 tbsp. low-fat cream (10% fat)
- 450 g (about 3.5 tbsp) chopped yellow hot cheddar cheese 2.5 cm cubes
- 225 g (about 2 tablespoons) coarsely grated Pepper Jack cheese
- 2/3 Art. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs (Japanese breadcrumbs crackers)

Recipe preparation:

- Put half pasta in the prepared form, on top distribute the chicken mixture and then the remaining pasta. From above pour evenly on cheese sauce.
- Put in a medium sized microwave bowl the remaining 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter and heat until it does not melt. Stir with breadcrumbs, blue cheese and parsley. Sprinkle the pasta with the mixture and bake in oven until the sauce begins to boil, 30-40 minutes. Before serving, give stand the casserole for 10 minutes.
