- Dry ingredients (sugar, citric acid, gelatin and dry jelly) put in one container.
- In a small saucepan or stewpan, heat the water, bring to a boil and add dry ingredients to it, stir immediately whisk so that a lump does not form.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, pour into a mold for further solidification. When the mass has cooled, send it to the refrigerator.
- Grind sugar to a state of powder.
- Homemade marmalade will be ready in a few hours. Cut it into cubes, stripes or various figures – as you like more like. Roll the marmalade in icing sugar and serve!
