Chef salad with fresh vegetables and cheese


I offer a delicious salad recipe. Cooking fast at home and delicious it turns out. Suitable for lacto-vegans (but not vegans)

  1. Wash lettuce leaves, dry, tear into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel.
  3. Cut each tomato into eight parts, carrots – straws, cut the cheese into cubes. Chop the onion feathers.
  4. For the sauce, mix olive oil with wine vinegar and chopped garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Put chopped vegetables and cheese on lettuce leaves. To here pour out the corn. Lay on top eggs cut in half or into four parts. Pour over the sauce.
