- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp. grated hard cheese (cheddar, parmesan, pepper jack or gouda)
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
For sprinkling:
- Pistachios, chopped
- Chives, finely chopped
- Tarragon, finely chopped
- Fried bacon, cut into small pieces
- Ground paprika
- Chopped almonds
- Black sesame seeds
- White sesame seeds
