Ingredients for the recipe:

For cheese balls:

  • 250 gr cream cheese (Philadelphia or Mascarpone)
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp. grated hard cheese (cheddar, parmesan, pepper jack or gouda)
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

For sprinkling:

  • Pistachios, chopped
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • Tarragon, finely chopped
  • Fried bacon, cut into small pieces
  • Ground paprika
  • Chopped almonds
  • Black sesame seeds
  • White sesame seeds

Recipe preparation:

  1. Stir in a bowl cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, hard cheese, salt and pepper. Wet hands form 3 centimeter balls, refrigerate for 4 hours. Then roll in various ingredients.
