I love these little, tasty and so easy to make meatballs! Girls, please note that I don’t salt anything because I add salt dill (you can add fresh, but then you will need add salt to taste). I also didn’t salt the sauce, because Krasnodar the sauce is quite salty. Another important point here is no need to add neither flour, nor semolina, nor seen bread in the water. Thanks fresh eggs and cheese, meatballs keep their shape perfectly and do not falling apart.

  1. Add the egg, dill, pepper, cheese to the minced meat, mix well, form small meatballs.
  2. Preparing the sauce: fry the onions, (you can add garlic, with garlic will even taste better, but I didn’t have it), pour in onion Krasnodar sauce and water, mix well.
