  1. Leave the chicken fillet in large pieces, beat off.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix the cheese and crackers.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add salt, pepper, spices to desire.
  4. Dip the chicken fillet first in the egg, then in the breading.
  5. Spread in a frying pan with oil and fry over 10 minutes on each side.
  6. Finely chop the onion and garlic for the sauce.
  7. Peel the tomatoes (if using fresh tomatoes, then make an incision on them and pour over boiling water, so the skin easier to remove), mash with a fork in a bowl.
  8. Chop greens
  9. In a frying pan with oil, fry the onions, add the garlic, then tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  10. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  11. Add greens, mix and simmer a couple more minutes.
  12. Serve the breasts with the sauce and your favorite side dish. Have a nice appetite!
