My kids don’t like cheese, but they just love this cheese soup dumplings. They cannot be pulled from him by the ears. However, adults too appreciated his merits.   1. Wash the chicken and add water. Boil 35 minutes with dry roots.
  2. Put chopped potatoes to the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough. Grate cheese and mix with egg, flour, pepper, powdered, granulated garlic. Add a little bit.
  4. Pour 35-40 ml of boiling water and knead again until smooth. The dough should be creamy. If necessary, pour broth.
  5. Fry onions with carrots in oil.
  6. Separate chicken from bones, chop meat and put into broth along with fried vegetables, bay leaves and pepper.
  7. Scoop out the dough with a small spoon in boiling bouillon.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minutes and put chopped herbs in the soup. Pour into plates and serve immediately.
