  1. Mushrooms are peeled and chopped. Dice onion and celery.
  2. Pour olive oil into a deep pan, add vegetables and mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes. Fill with a liter of water and cook for 25 minutes on low heat.
  3. Cut the processed cheese into small cubes. Vegetables and chop the mushrooms with a blender and add the cheese.
  4. When the cheese starts to melt, add the cream, nutmeg and whisk again with a blender until smooth. Cook soup another 2 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
