Chili Ketchup
- 2.5 tbsp. l paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp seasoned chili seasonings
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
Burgers
- 1 tbsp. grated cheddar
- 1 tbsp. red onion, diced
- 700 gr. lean ground beef
- 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 egg, beat lightly
- 4 buns

Hot ketchup
Mix all the necessary ingredients and set aside.

Heat the grill to a mild heat.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar and onions. Set aside.
- Stir slowly until a minced meat is homogeneous, pepper, salt, garlic, oregano, cumin and egg.
- From the resulting mass, form 4 balls of the same size. Flatten them so that each is 1 cm wide. To the center such cutlets put 1 tbsp. l a mixture of cheddar and onion. Reliably seal the mixture and put the forcemeat into a ball again. Now blind of which cutlets are 2 cm thick each. Grill 5 to 6 min., flipping only once.
