  1. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, finely chopped basil leaves, ground pepper, mix and try on salt. The finished cheese mixture is cooled for 30 minutes.

  2. Pistachios are fried and chopped with a crush, but not very finely. Stuffed olives (better to take with salmon) open and drain.

  3. From the cooled cheese mixture we form 22 balls, in the center each ball place the olive, press and close it with cheese a mixture.

  4. Roll the prepared cheese balls into shredded pistachios, pierce with toothpicks and cool for 2 hours. Chilled put the balls with olives and pistachios on a plate and immediately serve on the table.
