Quantity: 24 cheese balls with in corn Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. canned corn puree
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 Art. premium flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. grated cheese pepper jack
- 1 tbsp. l chopped chives

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200 C. Place in 2 baking sheets parchment paper. Fry corn puree in a pan over low heat, butter and salt. Add flour and fry, stirring. with a wooden spoon, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the resulting dough into a bowl and cool. Add eggs and mix the dough well. Stir in the chives and half the cheese. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Put on prepared baking sheets for a tablespoon of dough with a distance of 5 centimeters. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Put in bake and bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
