Sometimes I really want to make my menu more diverse. For If you want to try something new, you can cook soup at home with buckwheat soba noodles, meatballs and champignons in cheese broth.

  1. Fill potatoes with water, boil until almost ready. Soup add salt.
  2. Stuffing mix with onion powder, a pinch of salt and ground pepper. We make small balls.
  3. Grate carrots and champignons in different plates, onions chop. Fry the carrots first in a saucepan in oil with onion, and then add mushrooms to them, and fry them all together. Pour soy sauce and fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. We spread noodles in boiling broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Following the contents of the stewpan. When soba is cooked, put cream cheese, laurel leaf. Pepper to taste.
  6. Soup served with chopped herbs.
