Cheese and Egg Bread Soup

  1. Cut yesterday’s bread into pieces and bake in the oven when temperature 200 C for about 15 minutes. The bread will need to be turned over.
  2. Melt the butter in a stewpan and fry on it crackers – 5 minutes. A few pieces to leave for decoration.
  3. Pour the broth into breadcrumbs, leaving a glass of broth.
  4. Boil it and pour grated cheese into the pan.
  5. Shake the eggs until smooth and mix with the broth.
  6. Pour eggs into a soup in a thin stream, stirring it constantly, so that the mixture is evenly distributed.
  7. Warm up the soup until almost boiling.
  8. Pour the crackers on top. Serve the soup hot.
