  1. Boil the potatoes, lightly salting, until tender.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl, mix with hot water, oil and salt. Knead the dough, knead it well and cover with a film. Snooze until cooling down.
  3. Finely chop the mushrooms.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Chop the garlic.
  6. Sauté the onions until transparent, add mushrooms, garlic, chili, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and fry until goldenness.
  7. Turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes.
  8. Grind greens, add in mashed potatoes along with mushrooms, well mix.
  9. Roll the dough thinly and cut into 10 pieces.
  10. Half the dough, put 1.5 tablespoons of the filling, cover with the second with a layer of dough, press down so that the air leaves, fasten the edges.
  11. Fry in a frying pan with butter until golden brown from each side.
