Juicy and delicious pasties with crispy custard dough will leave you indifferent. You can cook them at home in a deep fryer or in stew-pan. Just be very careful when working with hot butter!

- Sift the flour thoroughly into a bowl. Add salt to flour.
- Continuously stirring with a fork, pour a glass into a thin stream boiling water.
- Beat the egg with butter using a mixer. Add to flour with boiling water and salt.
- Knead an elastic soft dough. Set it aside “rest” by covering with a towel or cling film.
- For now, let’s get stuffed. We turn the meat and onion through meat grinder. Add spices to taste. The filling is ready, you can sculpt pasties.
- Tear off a piece of dough, roll it into a round and very thin cake. On a half, spread the filling thinly with a spoon, 1-2 cm from the edge.
- Fold the dough in half, covering the filling with the second half test. We pinch the edges with a fork.
- In a pan or deep frying pan, heat the oil. Spread in butter pasties for 1-2 pieces and fry on both sides.
