- First, prepare the dough. Stir yeast and honey in warm water.
- Add sifted flour, egg, yeast with honey to the bowl, 1 tbsp. oil and mix well.
- Cover the dough with a towel and set aside for 15 minutes.

- Finely chop the feta cheese.
- Mix meat with cheese and onions, add salt, pepper and spices over to taste.
