  1. First, prepare the dough. Stir yeast and honey in warm water.
  2. Add sifted flour, egg, yeast with honey to the bowl, 1 tbsp. oil and mix well.
  3. Cover the dough with a towel and set aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Rinse the meat, dry and chop finely.
  5. Chop the onion finely.
  6. Finely chop the feta cheese.
  7. Mix meat with cheese and onions, add salt, pepper and spices over to taste.
  8. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Divide the dough by 6 parts and each roll out.
  9. Put the filling on half the tortillas, cover with a free edge and fasten the edges.
  10. Fry in a pan with butter on each side to golden color.
  11. Make the sauce. To do this, chop the garlic. Mix with yogurt, lemon juice, salt and oil. Mix well.
  12. Serve hot pasties with sauce.
