- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. l ahi-punk pasta, or chopped hot pepper
- 1 acorn pumpkin (peeled and sliced and chopped cubes)
- 1 tbsp. carrots (chopped)
- 2 large potato tubers (peeled and chopped cubes)

Recipe preparation:
- Combine the beef cubes with flour, salt and pepper.
