  1. Champignons cut in half. Pepper cut into small pieces. Chop leek into rings.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, garam masala, mix.
  3. Put mushrooms and vegetables in the sauce, mix and leave on hour.
  4. String vegetables and mushrooms on skewers and grill for 7 minutes.
