Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. peeled and diced potatoes
- 110 gr. irish butter
- 1/2 bunch chopped green onions (with onions)
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. boiled fresh young green peas (broth drain)

Recipe preparation:
- Put the potatoes in a medium-sized pot. Fill in salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook with a gentle boil until soft. Drain well and lay again. potatoes in the pan.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over moderate heat melt the butter. Put green onions and garlic and cook, stirring, until soft and aromatic, 1.5 min. Remove from heat.
