Another delicious variation on the theme of Georgian food is Chakhokhbili. Juicy and spicy chicken stewed with vegetables, with the addition of red wine and soy sauce. We make in a slow cooker, because it is amazing in it easy to cook at home. A whole chicken carcass is suitable, but you can make fillet only.   1. A whole chicken (or fillet of your choice) with my running water and absorb excess moisture with a paper towel. Chop into portioned medium sized pieces. Salt and pepper.

  7. Pour the chicken with the resulting sauce. Close the lid slow cookers, set the “Extinguishing” mode for 45 minutes.
  8. 10 minutes before the end we fall asleep in the bowl of the multicooker chopped dill. You can with parsley or cilantro.
