- Peel the celery root and cut into cubes.
- Rinse and dry the combs.
- Peel and chop shallots.
- Chop the onion chisel finely.
- Celery pour 1 liter. Boiling water. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Pour in the milk and boil for another 5 minutes.
- Fry shallots in butter.
- Fold scallops in a container, pour a spoonful of flour there, close the pepper with a lid and shake several times.
- Fry scallops with shallots on high heat for 5 minutes, continuously mixing. Salt and pepper.
