  1. Peel the celery root and cut into cubes.
  2. Rinse and dry the combs.
  3. Peel and chop shallots.
  4. Chop the onion chisel finely.
  5. Celery pour 1 liter. Boiling water. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Pour in the milk and boil for another 5 minutes.
  7. Fry shallots in butter.
  8. Fold scallops in a container, pour a spoonful of flour there, close the pepper with a lid and shake several times.
  9. Fry scallops with shallots on high heat for 5 minutes, continuously mixing. Salt and pepper.
  10. Paste celery with milk with a blender until smooth and pour there sour cream.
  11. Stir soup and warm.
  12. Arrange the soup on plates, lay scallops on top with onions.
  13. Sprinkle with cutter or other herbs on top.
