  1. Finely chopped white cabbage. Celery, Carrots and Peppers cut into small pieces.
  2. We divide cauliflower into small inflorescences.
  3. Chop green onions.
  4. We spread the vegetables in a pan and pour water (2.5-3 l). Bring to a boil.
  5. Add slices of tomatoes, cook twenty to thirty minutes on slow fire.
