  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 8 tbsp. l (110 gr.) Butter, portioned
  • 1 tbsp. l salt, and more for boiling pasta
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
