Cauliflower Pork Ribs

Pork ribs will turn out very tasty if they are previously fry and stew with cauliflower. For flavor, cook meat at home with fresh rosemary and garlic.

  1. We wash the cauliflower and cut into inflorescences. Spread prepared cauliflower in boiling water and boil 10 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle pork ribs with chopped rosemary, pepper, salt, rub with chopped garlic and spread in oil. Fry on high heat on both sides for 5 minutes, then pour water (½ cups), cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, until the liquid will not boil away.

  3. After 30 minutes, add the prepared inflorescences to the ribs cabbage, cover and simmer another 20 minutes.

  4. Fragrant ribs served with cauliflower and a light salad. Ribs, if desired, can be supplemented with any herbs and spices to to taste.
