  1. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and lay on a layer on a plate.

  3. Grind the basil, put on a dish on top.

  5. Cook the mussels. If you use fresh mussels, wash and put them in the pan when the sinks begin to open, reduce fire, close the lid and cook another 7-10 minutes. If using frozen mussels, thaw them in a pan and simmer another 7-10 min
  6. Put the mussels on a vegetable pad, pour the sauce and give soak for a while. Enjoy your meal.
