- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and lay on a layer on a plate.
- Red onion cut into half rings, put on tomatoes and a little salt.
- Grind the basil, put on a dish on top.

- Cook the mussels. If you use fresh mussels, wash and put them in the pan when the sinks begin to open, reduce fire, close the lid and cook another 7-10 minutes. If using frozen mussels, thaw them in a pan and simmer another 7-10 min
