  • 2 thinly chopped onions
  • 300 ml beef broth
  • Fresh thyme for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine milk, eggs, flour and a pinch of salt; get liquid dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Put the sausages in the mold for bake and cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain the fat, leaving about 2 tablespoons, and pour the dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes (the dough should rise and brown).
  3. Warm the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flour, broth, salt and pepper, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle sausages with thyme and serve with onion sauce.
