Delicious mashed soup prepared at home from carrots with adding orange. If the carrots are young, then you can not clean and wash thoroughly. Make this beautiful carrot soup!

  1. Wash and peel carrots and turnips.
  2. Grate root vegetables.
  3. Onion cut into half rings.
  4. Heat peanut butter in a pan and fry the onion in it until softness.
  5. Add root vegetables to it, mix and fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
  6. Then pour in 800 ml. quarter and simmer a quarter hours.
  7. Grate the zest of the orange on a fine grater.
  8. Squeeze juice from an orange.
  9. Add the zest and juice to the soup.
  10. Season with salt, pepper and powdered sugar.
  11. Boil for 3 minutes.
  12. Punch the soup in a blender and pour into plates, garnishing with greens or zest
