  1. Twist pork, lard and beef through a meat grinder.
  2. Grind the onion with a blender and add to the minced meat. Salt Spice up. Mix.
  3. Cut the carrots and chop the mashed blender.
  4. Squeeze the puree through cheesecloth, pour the carrot juice into a glass of water, add flour, egg, salt, vegetable oil and knead the dough. Put in a bag and allow to rest for about an hour.
  5. After an hour, roll out into a layer and cut circles.
  6. Spread the filling on the circle, pinch the edges. Ends pull in the form of ears.
  7. Boil water, salt, put dumplings and cook for 15 minutes.
