  1. Prepare the ingredients: peel, wash, cut into thin onions half rings, clear the liver of the film, veins, cut into small slices, peel the carrots, wash, cut into strips.
  2. Salt carrot, pour apple cider vinegar, mix well, leave for half an hour.
  3. Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil, add to it liver, salt, fry for another seven minutes stirring, remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chilled liver with carrots (from carrots drain the resulting liquid).
  5. Season the salad with mayonnaise, put in a salad bowl, decorate with desire greens.
