Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 cans (450 gr.) Beans (rinse)
- 1 tbsp. dry rice
- 2 tbsp. l rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 peeled and diced Jamaican Scotch pepper bonnet
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
- 1 chopped large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp. l chopped chives
- Spicy sauce
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Gently fry the onions, garlic and hot peppers, then add beans and rice vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add rice to the beans, pour in the broth, reduce heat and simmer until rice boils. ready, about 15-20 minutes. Add parsley, chives, hot sauce, salt, pepper and serve.
