Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 cans (450 gr.) Beans (rinse)
  • 1 tbsp. dry rice
  • 2 tbsp. l rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 peeled and diced Jamaican Scotch pepper bonnet
  • 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
  • 1 chopped large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. chicken or vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped chives
  • Spicy sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Gently fry the onions, garlic and hot peppers, then add beans and rice vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add rice to the beans, pour in the broth, reduce heat and simmer until rice boils. ready, about 15-20 minutes. Add parsley, chives, hot sauce, salt, pepper and serve.
