Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 can 400gr. canned artichokes, drain and to dry
- 450 gr small tomatoes, cut into four parts
- 450 gr fresh mozzarella cut into slices
- 8 slices of prosciutto hot smoked ham (approx. 115 gr.)
- 1/4 tsp salt and more as needed
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and still as needed
- 1/4 Art. flour
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. olives (preferably olives Sicilian), take out bones, stretch

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare artichokes: in a bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper. Roll artichokes in the mixture, then shake off surplus. Heat a pan with olive oil. Submerge artichokes into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp, about 3 minutes from each side. With a slotted spoon put the fried artichokes on a dish laid with a paper towel. Remove the pan from the stove, leave the oil from cooking.
- Season the tomatoes with a little salt and ground pepper.
- Distribute mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto and fried artichokes. Top with young basil leaves and olives, pour the remaining cooking oil.
