- Turn turkey meat through a meat grinder.
- Fresh or frozen mushrooms cut into small pieces.
- Fry chopped onions in preheated vegetable oil.
- Add mushrooms, lightly salt, pepper, stir and fry, stirring ten minutes.
- Add cooked minced meat and fry for another fifteen minutes, then remove from heat.
- Cannelloni stuffed with chilled minced meat
- Cook the Bechamel sauce.
- In ceramic baking dish (with dimensions 25 × 35cm) put half the Bechamel sauce. Lay in one a row of cannelloni stuffed.
- Cover with the second half of the sauce and put in the oven when temperature of 180 degrees.
- After half an hour, carefully remove the form, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and return to the cabinet for another ten minutes at the same temperature.
- Serve cannelloni ready, cut with a sharp knife into portioned parts and decorating with greens.
