  1. Boil the rice almost until cooked, without cooking for 5 minutes.
  2. Grind tomatoes in a blender until smooth.
  3. Cut the onion not very finely, zucchini – in small cubes. Cut the carrots into circles.
  4. In a frying pan with oil, fry vegetables for min 10, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour in tomato sauce, add vinegar and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place in pre-sterilized jars. Put in microwave at full power for 4 minutes, then remove and roll up.
