- 4 thin slices of crispy bread
- 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch of romaine lettuce, tear
- 1 cucumber with smooth skin, chopped
- 1 425 gram chickpea can, drain and rinse
- 550 ml. cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 tbsp. l chopped pickled cucumbers or gherkins
- 2 140 g cans of white tuna in water, drain the liquid

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven grill. In a large bowl, beat the mayonnaise with herbs and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper. Smear 1/2 tbsp. l mayonnaise with herbs on each slice of bread and place on a baking sheet. Lightly toast bread in grill mode for about 2 minutes.
- Stir vinegar into leftover mayonnaise with herbs. Add the salad, cucumber, chickpeas, tomatoes, celery, pickled cucumbers and tuna and all mix well; season with salt and pepper. Lay on plates and serve with toast.
