Recipe preparation:
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Sprinkle noodles and cook following the directions on the packaging. Save 1/2 tbsp. of cooking water, drain the rest and put the noodles back in the pan.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over moderate heat, melt 1 Art. l (15 gr.) Butter. Add the white pieces of green onions and celery slices. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. to softness.
