  • 6 stalks of green onions (cut the white part into slices, chop green)
  • 3 stalks of celery, cut into thin slices, plus 2 tbsp. l chopped leaves
  • 1 can (340 g.) Skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp. frozen peas with carrots
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
  • 3/4 Art. (about 90 gr.) grated low-fat cheese
  • 1/4 Art. breadcrumbs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Sprinkle noodles and cook following the directions on the packaging. Save 1/2 tbsp. of cooking water, drain the rest and put the noodles back in the pan.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over moderate heat, melt 1 Art. l (15 gr.) Butter. Add the white pieces of green onions and celery slices. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. to softness. Add concentrated milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and a couple of pinches of pepper. Stir in peas with carrots and mustard. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Stir occasionally, cook 2-3 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pour sauce over noodles, stir in sour cream, 1/2 tbsp. cheese, tuna and remaining water after cooking pasta. Transfer to a 1.5 liter baking dish.
  4. Melt the remaining 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter. Stir with breadcrumbs, green onion, leaves celery and the remaining 1/4 tbsp. cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the noodles with this mixture. Bake until golden brown 15-20 min
