  1. Peel potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Pour water into a two-liter pan, salt, put on the fire. When it boils, add potatoes and a whole onion.
  3. After 10 minutes, put canned fish, pepper in a pan peas and bay leaf. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion smaller, grate the carrots. Carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil in a skillet.
  5. About 5 minutes before being ready, put carrots and onions in the soup. Add pepper and salt to taste. At the very end add chopped greenery.
