  1. I pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder along with bell pepper and I put on the fire for 40 minutes.
  2. Separately twist the hot pepper with garlic, it add to the tomato mass after 40 minutes from the start of cooking, bring to a boil.
  3. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and sunflower oil.
  4. Mix, bring to a boil. I pour adjika in advance sterilized jars, cover with sterilized lids, roll up, flip, wrap a blanket and leave until full cooling cans.
  5. Then I send it for long-term storage until winter in cellar.
