- I pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder along with bell pepper and I put on the fire for 40 minutes.

- Mix, bring to a boil. I pour adjika in advance sterilized jars, cover with sterilized lids, roll up, flip, wrap a blanket and leave until full cooling cans.
- Then I send it for long-term storage until winter in cellar.
