Canapes with trout and curd cheese

We’ll cook delicious canapes with lightly salted trout at home, curd cheese, lettuce for the festive table. We decorate the canapes with chives and cranberries.

  1. Rye bread with a round nozzle, cut into small slices, slightly salted chopped trout – 12 slices, chives – on sticks. We spread cranberries in a colander, salad tear into small pieces.

  2. Smear rye bread with butter, on the one hand place small lettuce leaves, on the other hand lay out trout slices (can be rolled into roses). In a bag with a nozzle we send cottage cheese and squeeze it out nicely next to the fish.

  3. Add sweet cranberries (1 pc. Each) to the curd cheese insert 2 short feathers, put on a flat plate and immediately serve.
