Smoked halibut (you can take any fish to taste) grind with a fork in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well. Boil quail eggs for 5 minutes, peel.

From slices of rye bread (you can take any, to taste) cut mold circles (8 pcs.) and grease with oil.
