  1. Smoked halibut (you can take any fish to taste) grind with a fork in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well. Boil quail eggs for 5 minutes, peel.

  2. From slices of rye bread (you can take any, to taste) cut mold circles (8 pcs.) and grease with oil.

  3. On the circles with oil, apply a mixture of smoked fish.

  4. Prepared quail eggs, cut in half, place halves on fish mixture, decorate with dill sprigs and serve immediately on the table.
