  1. Smoked sausage (you can take salami), cut into circles (8 PC.).

  2. Cut canned mushrooms into slices (8 pcs.).

  3. Cut white circles out of white bread and grease mayonnaise. Add sausage circles to the bread, on top a slice champignon, pierce with chopsticks for canapes, send to a plate and immediately serve.

  4. Such canapes can be supplemented with pieces of cheese and replaced with sausage for ham or smoked meat.
