  1. We open red caviar, finely chop a sprig of dill (1 tsp). Mix curd cheese with dill.

  2. Cut dark rye bread into small bowls (9 pcs.). Can take any bread, but a dark color with red and green will be fine to look.

  3. Cut salted salmon into thin slices and cut with a tin for cookies circles with a diameter smaller than bread circles.

  4. Put slices of salmon on dark bread slices, add the prepared curd cheese, spread the red cheese on it caviar. We decorate each canapé with 2 feathers of chives, send to plate, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately table.
