  1. Chop red onion with feathers, finely chop parsley.

  2. Spread the prepared onion with parsley in a bowl, add salt, sugar, pour in the vinegar and mix by hand, slightly crease. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. Lightly salted herring we cleanse of skin, viscera, divide by 2 halves and carefully remove the bones. Prepared fish fillet cut into small pieces.

  4. For rye dark bread, cut the crusts from all sides and cut into triangles (1 piece into 4 triangles).

  5. Put the prepared triangles of bread on serving plate and add a piece of herring.

  6. Add marinated onion with parsley and pieces of herring pierce each small sandwich with a canapes stick. Ready serve aromatic appetizer immediately.
