- 1 pack 370 gr. a frozen mixture of bulgur and various cereals, or 1.5 tbsp. boiled brown rice
- 1 can of 400 gr. canned azuki beans, washed
- 1 tbsp. grape tomatoes cut in half
- 3 feathers of green onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 lime juice
- 1 pack 110 gr. bean sprouts, trimmed
- 0.5 tbsp. crumbled goat cheese (approximately 90 gr.)
- 2 tbsp. l dark sesame oil

Recipe preparation:
- Fry puffed rice in a large dry skillet over medium fire for 3 minutes. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl. Add the corn to the pan and fry until it warms up, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
