Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. airy millet or sugar free rice (dry breakfast)
  • 1 tbsp. frozen popcorn, thaw
  • 1 pack 370 gr. a frozen mixture of bulgur and various cereals, or 1.5 tbsp. boiled brown rice
  • 1 can of 400 gr. canned azuki beans, washed
  • 1 tbsp. grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 3 feathers of green onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 lime juice
  • 1 pack 110 gr. bean sprouts, trimmed
  • 0.5 tbsp. crumbled goat cheese (approximately 90 gr.)
  • 2 tbsp. l dark sesame oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry puffed rice in a large dry skillet over medium fire for 3 minutes. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl. Add the corn to the pan and fry until it warms up, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Preheat frozen boiled cereals in accordance with recommendation on the packaging and loosen with a fork. Transfer to a bowl with corn with beans, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, lime juice and add half the sprouts and goat cheese. Add sesame oil, 2 tbsp. l water, 0.5 tsp salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Stir in half the toasted crispy cereals, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each remaining salad on top with the remaining goat cheese, toasted cereals and sprouts.
