Snickers cake – it’s not the easiest, of course, but it’s unrealistic yummy. There are many recipes – I combined several recipes into one and got the perfect cake for my taste.

Cake 22 cm in diameter. I baked cakes in advance – it’s chocolate chiffon biscuit.

  1. First you need to make chocolate mousse: pour gelatin water.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil. Remove from heat and dissolve in milk swollen gelatin.
  3. Pour in milk chocolate. And stir until full dissolution.
  4. Beat cream well. Add icing sugar and beat until dense state.
  5. Then you need to gradually combine the chocolate mass and whipped cream. This must be done very carefully.
  6. I added the chocolate mass in portions to the cream and mixed by the mixer.
  7. BUT I advise you to do the opposite! Those. add cream in portions to chocolate mass and mix already with a spatula. So almost no cream will fall off.
  8. If suddenly the mass turns out to be liquid, then you need to cool a little. Monitor the condition – as it thickens.
  9. If the cream and chocolate mass are combined correctly, then it will be thick – you can immediately collect the cake.
  10. Grind peanuts a little and mix with boiled condensed milk.
  11. We collect the cake in a detachable form or in a ring (required): cakes – half peanut mass – half chocolate mousse – large meringue to break – half the peanut mass – half chocolate mousse – cake.
  12. Put the cake in the refrigerator for the night.
  13. In the morning, free the cake from shape, decorate with chocolate icing, peanuts and snickers bar.
