Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3/4 Art. 2-% yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
  • 5 anchovies
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1 small clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a blender or food processor until smooth. yogurt, lemon juice, parmesan, anchovies, olive oil, mustard, garlic, oregano, 3/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp. pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Salad dressing will be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
