- 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2/3 Art. sour cream
- 3 tbsp. l chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh dill
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh tarragon
- 8 green onion feathers, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 C. Put walnuts on a baking sheet and bake, 5 – 7 minutes. Allow to cool, then coarsely chop it up.
- Prepare a salad dressing: mix in large salad bowl vinegar, mustard, sugar, 1.5 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Beat with a whisk until smooth, then add sour cream and mix again.
- Add cabbage, cilantro, dill, tarragon, green to the salad bowl onions, grapes and walnuts, mix. Before serving put in a cold place for 1 hour.
