Delicious cabbage salad with cucumbers, zira and sesame seeds is easy cook at home according to my recipe. Despite being quite ordinary a set of ingredients, a salad can be made non-banal and, really delicious!

- Thinly chop the cabbage with a knife, the resulting straw cut in half. Add salt, mix and leave alone.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut cucumbers into thin layers, then cut into long straws, add with garlic to cabbage, mix gently.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable into a small saucepan oil, spread the seeds of cumin and heat on medium heat until the seeds will not start to bounce (about 3 minutes). Boiling oil with pour zira with cabbage and cucumber salad and mix.
- Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan for about 2 minutes, cool. Season the salad with sesame oil, add pepper and sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve the salad after 5 minutes.
